Who we are
The Annur Culture Association for Dialogue, International Understanding, Education and Social Work e.V. was founded in Münster in 2023. We are a cultural and social community that lives the original, peaceful and tolerant Islam and takes care of the needs of its around 100 members and all those seeking help.
Our philosophy: Open doors for everyone
Our center is open and accessible to everyone – regardless of religious affiliation or cultural background. No matter whether you want to pray, meditate or just relax: we welcome visitors and cordially invite you to conversations and discussions. We are happy to invite neighbors and interested citizens to celebrate together on the occasion of major Islamic festivals in order to promote mutual understanding.
We strictly reject fanaticism and any attitudes that misuse the name of Islam. We stand up for freedom of religion and conscience and resolutely oppose violence.

Our goals
In order to strengthen social interaction in our society, we concentrate our voluntary work on four core areas:
- ✓ Integration: Promoting the integration of foreign citizens into society.
- ✓ Dialogue: Cultural and social conversations as well as the active promotion of interreligious dialogue.
- ✓ Education: Support through tutoring and native language lessons.
- ✓ Social work: Advice and assistance for families, young people and job seekers.
